Corvettes, to be precise. Built in Glasgow to the specification of the Sultan of Brunei. The Sultan, however, complained that they didn’t match the specification. He was told by a court to sling his hook, but he still didn’t want his corvettes so now they are in Barrow Docks while a buyer is sought.
This could be a problem, however. The specification called for the crew facilities to be designed for small Brunei sailors. The ships may just be a little bit cramped.
