I’ve been without internet access for a while. This is because I changed phone suppliers and, I confess, didn’t organise the changeover as well as I might have. Did you miss me?

Anyhow, I’m back now. And I haven’t been altogether idle in the interval.

Last Wednesday, for example, it was a the most magnificent winter day, so I took the Nikoff for a walk. From the Channelside the air was crystal-clear and still, the Walney Channel like a mirror, and Black Combe capped with snow. So I had to record it, didn’t I?

  5. Welcome back! I’m glad it was a technical problem that kept you from us rather than illness! The other possibility was that you might have been hibernating from this cold weather!

  7. This is my first visit to you blog. The blues in many of your pictures are exceptionally beautiful. I also like the site’s layout. One of the few WordPress ones on CDP, which I just joined with my blog on Amsterdam. You’re welcome to visit and comment.
